Cat Pushes Hand Away

After all of this "fame", Lucy lived to be 17 years old, passing away on July 27, 2017.

This video made it to the trending page because I submitted it to Cheezburger, which pushed it over 2000 views in only a few hours. This caused YouTube's algorithm to pick it up and put it on the Trending page. So no, nobody "paid" for it to be put there. It made it fair and square.

I am thankful for all of these views. Even though most of the comments are negative, the like ratio tells a different story. I'm sure that once it gets off the trending page and people start watching it because they want to watch it and not because they want to comment "why is this here?" I'm sure the comments will be a lot nicer.

All comments are now being held for review. "Why does this have the current number of views" comments, and "all cats do this, why is this popular" comments will henceforth be removed. They're basically spam at this point and will be treated as such, as they make up at least 90% of the comments coming in. To answer your question, it's popular because a million people just like you clicked on it and gave it one more view, just so you could leave your pointless comment.

For those saying I have no talent based on this video alone, I encourage you to check out the other videos on my channel. I do animation and various more professionally edited videos that deserve some attention.

(also, I'm female, to everyone assuming I'm a "he")
